Refund policy

At Divine Aura, we believe every soul carries its own aura, a divine essence that deserves to be felt, remembered, and celebrated. We want you to experience our creations with complete peace of mind. If a fragrance isn't the perfect match for your aura, we are here to make the return process graceful and effortless.

1. Our Anytime Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We accept returns at any time after purchase, provided the product meets our return conditions. There is no strict 14-day or 30-day expiration window—take your time to decide.

2. Conditions for a Return

To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The fragrance must be completely unused and un-sprayed.

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged premium packaging.

  • The cellophane wrap (if applicable) and security seals must remain intact.

Note: We recommend testing your fragrance using a sample/tester if provided with your order before opening the full-sized bottle.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process, simply get in touch with our team via WhatsApp or Email:

  2. Provide your Name, Order Number, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our team will guide you on how to ship the package back to our fulfillment center in Karachi.

Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item delivered by our team.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the bottle is damaged during transit, leaking, or if you received the wrong fragrance, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with a photo/video of the issue. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund right away at no extra cost to you.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you a notification confirming receipt.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will transfer your refund directly via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash as per your preference.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account after approval.
